Cancellation & Refund Policy


At Kaluminous Health & Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized care in a timely manner. Our scheduling and cancellation policies are in place to protect the time and resources of both our clients and providers. When you book a service with us, you are reserving a time slot that becomes unavailable to other clients. Please review our policies below before booking any service.

Booking & Payment

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This includes consultations, clarity calls, aesthetics treatments, and wellness services.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or Squarespace. You will receive a confirmation email after booking.

  • If payment fails or is not received, your appointment will not be confirmed and cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us via email or through your client portal:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment will receive a full refund or may be credited toward a future appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or credit of deposit amount.

  • No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will forfeit the deposit amount or full service fee and will need to rebook with full payment.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late to a virtual consultation or in-person service without prior notice, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show which results in forfeiting the deposit amount or full service fee and will need to rebook with full payment.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will require payment in full for a new appointment.

  • Clarity sessions cannot be rescheduled once the call has begun. A new booking is required.

Refunds & Service Satisfaction

  • Completed services and consultations are non-refundable, as time and expertise have already been provided.

  • Kaluminous does not guarantee specific results from hormone therapy, supplements, or aesthetic services, as outcomes vary based on individual biology, compliance, and other factors.

  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with outcomes, reactions to treatments, or personal preference changes after services are rendered.

  • If a payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment), please contact us within 7 days for resolution and refund processing.

Product & Pharmacy Policy

  • Kaluminous does not directly sell or dispense prescription medications or supplements. All prescriptions are filled by a third-party pharmacy, and you are responsible for contacting the pharmacy regarding shipment, returns, or refund eligibility.

  • We are not responsible for medications that are delayed, lost, or refused by pharmacies or postal carriers once prescribed.

Wellness Clarity Sessions

  • These short, paid sessions are informational in nature and not considered medical visits unless upgraded during the call. If a medical consultation is initiated, full visit fees apply and will be collected before proceeding.

  • Clarity sessions are non-refundable if you fail to attend, cancel within 24 hours, or choose not to move forward after the session has begun.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Attempting to reverse charges via your bank (chargebacks) without contacting our office to resolve the issue is considered a breach of policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claims with documentation, including signed consent forms and communication records.
